Big, soft and deeply caramel, these premium Palestinian Medjool dates are packed in small batches at Izz Cafe in Cork and sealed into a 500g bag. It's the same fudgy, jumbo-style date our customers keep coming back for, in a size that's easy to try, share or keep on the counter.

Look closely at the photos. The skin is a deep, dark mahogany with fine natural wrinkles and a soft, matte, slightly dusty finish. Break one open and you'll find tender, amber-caramel flesh around a single stone. That dark colour and wrinkled skin are natural. They're a sign of a ripe, properly sun-cured Medjool.
