Manaeesh are Palestinian flat breads, baked together with traditional toppings.
Local fresh Irish chicken breast, cooked with cardamom, red onions, pine nuts and Palestinian sumac in extra virgin olive oil. The vibrant mix is baked on our traditional dough, garnished with pomegranate seeds and served with a delicious yogurt dip.
Lean Irish minced beef, sauteed in a tomato paste and special spice mix with very finely diced onion, tomato, parsley and green pepper. Lemon juice, pomegranate molasses and Palestinian sumac are added, along with a refreshing hint of mint. We give our guests the option of adding cheese and/ or jalapenos to this dish for an extra treat.
A spread of our home-made creamy, tart and tasty labneh – traditional Palestinian cheese made from strained yogurt – baked on top of our fresh dough, with your preferred topping of either zaatar or honey.
Manooshet Zaatar and Cheese
A mixture of Palestinian oregano, sesame seeds and olive oil topped with a blend of our traditional white cheese and baked on our satiating flatbread.

Slices of Halloumi cheese baked with olive oil, oregano leaves and slices of tomatoes.
A mixture of Palestinian zaatar with sesame seeds and olive oil, spread on our traditional dough and baked together. The bread remains fluffy while the zaatar turns into a crispy delight.

Local fresh spinach leaves, cooked into a creamy dream with Palestinian sumac, special spices, pomegranate molasses, onions, lemon juice and a sprinkle of chopped walnuts. Our flatbread is then filled with this flavorful mix and baked.
Our traditional Palestinian falafel recipe, bursting with aromas of cumin and fresh parsley is spread on our dough and baked. We then add hummus, special salad, tahini sauce, and rocket leaves. A touch of our sumac and slice of lemon to finish off this nourishing dish.
You may choose to have it served flat (sliced) or wrapped.
